Wolf’s Ridge x Understory Progressive Dinner - An evening of collaboration and celebration - imbibe, vibe and dine! This event will take guests on a journey to both our locations in Downtown + Old North Columbus, where our teams will showcase a little bit of everything we love to do.

  • Tickets: $185/person includes gratuity, tax, trolley rides, live music & featured menus at both Wolf's Ridge & Understory! Refunds: full refunds offered 72 hours prior to event ONLY.

Timeline:

  • 4p: Check-in / the start of the event is at the Wolf's Ridge Brewing Hickory Room Events Space. Guests will be greeted with a welcome beer + tour of our original pub brewery!

  • 5-7p: Guests will take a trolley to Understory, our new sister concept in Old North! We will host a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres in the second floor Field House & Terrace. Live musical performance by Lily Bloom.

  • 7p-8:30p: Trolley back to Wolf’s Ridge for a 3-course beer pairing dinner featuring a 4th "dessert course" beer sneak peek of a barrel aged feature from our 10 year anniversary lineup!

Welcome Beer: Wolfstock Lager Can - blend of Septemberfest & Oktoberfest aged in our foeder oak barrels.

Understory Cocktail Hour with live music, passed hors d'oeuvres & a specialty cocktail:

  • Smoked Scallop Crudo - with harvest succotash and sweet corn.

  • Three Little Pigs” - toasted brioche, porchetta, mortadella, whole grain mustard & muenster cheese.

  • Harvest Tartine - Toasted baguette, Bankston cheese, squash agrodolce, Brussels sprout & pumpkin seed.

  • Exclusive Cocktail prepared by our Beverage Director

Wolf's Ridge 3-course Beer Pairing Dinner:

  • Course 1 - The Moorehead Salad Paired with Clear Sky Cream Ale - house-salad of hand picked kale, arugula, + broccoli rabe leaves, walleye bacon, egg yolk bottarga, Oktoberfest beer bread croutons and creamy pickled ramp dressing.

  • Course 2 - Pork Loin paired with Oktoberfest Lager - Earl grey crusted, served with acorn squash and romesco sauce.

  • Course 3 - IPA Pavlova paired with Orange Galaxy small batch IPA - house-made IPA chantilly cream, strawberry IPA compote and IPA lemon curd.

  • “Dessert Course" Beer - sneak peek of a 10 year anniversary barrel aged beer feature being release on 9/30: Montresor's Reserve, a blend of imperial stout and Belgian quad aged in fine sherry barrels.
