Dining on the Vine - Spring Wine Dinner

featuring selections from Cline Family Cellars and a guided tasting with wine maker Hilary Cline.

Date/Time: April 17th, 6p-9p

Location: Understory Lounge (ground floor of the open air building, west entrance.) 

Tickets: $125/person + tax includes 5-course pairing dinner and gratuity.

Details: Join us to enjoy iconic and fresh flavors of Spring paired alongside wines from Cline Family Cellars, sustainably farmed in Sonoma, CA.  Our executive chef has curated a 5-course menu paired alongside 5 unique wines:

Welcome wine: Cline Rose

  • 1st Course - Burrata & Speck with Chardonnay

Burrata, crushed English peas, shaved speck, lemon aioli, ramp pesto, grilled bread

  • 2nd Course - Beet & Fig with Pinot Noir

Blood orange, coffee roasted beats, whipped goat cheese, arugula, watermelon radish, poached figs, walnuts, pinot vinaigrette

  • 3rd Course - Gnocchi & Mushroom with Cabernet

Chive gnocchi, spring onion soubise, mushroom, English peas, leeks, red wine gastrique, pea greens, micro mint

  • 4th Course - Smoked Duck & Ramp with Syrah

Smoked duck carpaccio, egg yolk bottarga, green goddess aioli, black berry, pickled ramp, snow peas, pea greens, crostini 

  • 5th Course - Panna Cotta & Pistachio with Zinfandel

Lemon panna cotta, strawberry compote, compressed rhubarb, pistachio, whipped cream, mint
